No one knows your pet like you do and your special touch can make travelling that little bit easier.
How you can help
- Familiarise your pet with sleeping and travelling in their Petraveller Sky Crate
- Ensure your pet is well hydrated 48 hours prior to flying
- Feed your pet a light meal at least eight hours before flying
- Prepare a lunch box for your pet’s hotel stay if they have a sensitive stomach or are accustomed to a special diet
- Pack a favourite toy or blanket with a familiar scent to comfort your pet during travel
- Avoid putting coats or accessories on your pet during their travel
- Provide a mobile contact number and secondary contact person so our team can update you about any itinerary changes during your pet’s journey
